What We Built
36+ professional documents produced through our pipeline, including Assessments of Environmental Effects, s92 council responses, feasibility assessments, and scoping reports.
Each one drafted by AI, refined through iteration with a council veteran with 21 years inside Hamilton City Council, and delivered as polished .docx files ready for council lodgement.
The system queries property boundaries, flood maps, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, and zoning data from four district councils automatically. The planner reviews a complete first draft, not a blank template.
